Redemption Policy

Only Sweep Tokens won through game play can be redeemed for real prizes. Game Tokens can never be redeemed for real prizes.

The number of Sweep Tokens required to play each game will be detailed next to the game. A player may be able to increase the number of Sweep Tokens they play the game with to increase the value of their potential win in the game. The prize that can be won while playing a game will be shown by clicking the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button, denominated as “Sweep Tokens”.

Each Sweep Token that has been won through game play can be redeemed for a prize with a value being equivalent to US$1.

The sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweep Tokens, the games, and the amount of winnings are final and binding.

Unless the Sponsor requires otherwise, any Sweep Tokens allocated to a player are required to be played at least once before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes. The sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require that any Sweep Tokens allocated to a player must be played a greater number of times in any combination of Sweep Tokens games before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes.

The sponsor reserves the right to change the prize win rates and odds of any of the Sweep Tokens at any time. A player can see the actual and any amended details by clicking on the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button. It is a player’s responsibility to check the prize win rate on each occasion before they participate.

A player’s Sweep Tokens balance is shown in their Player Account, including the number of Sweep Tokens available to be redeemed for prizes. Where a player elects to redeem Sweep Tokens or prizes for cash value, the cash payment will be paid in the currency of the player’s place of residence as indicated in their Player Account, either Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars, to the financial account or online wallet from which the player purchased Game Tokens, where applicable. Alternatively, and subject to the discretion of the Sponsor to require a specific payment method, cash payments may be made to an alternative account nominated by the player. The sponsor is not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges, losses due to fluctuations, or other costs that may be incurred as a result of, or in relation to, a prize redemption. Where a player elects to redeem Sweep Tokens for prizes that include travel, third-party goods, or third-party services, such prizes will be awarded as vouchers, gift cards, or certificates. For such prizes, Sponsor’s sole obligation is to award and deliver to eligible winners such vouchers, gift cards, or certificates. Where a player has chosen to redeem prizes that are to be awarded as vouchers, gift cards or certificates, the said vouchers, gift cards or certificates will be allocated to the email address that the player has registered in their Player Account.

Sponsor will only process redemption of eligible Sweep Tokens if the player has requested the redemption of a minimum of [50] eligible Sweep Tokens, and as such a Player Account must have a balance of at least [50] eligible Sweep Tokens before requesting a prize redemption. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the number of Sweep Tokens a player may redeem to [3000] per day. To be eligible to redeem Sweep Tokens, a player must be in full compliance with these Official Rules, including without limitation the requirement that the player must be a legal permanent resident of the United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding the outlying territories and the state of Washington) or Canada (excluding Quebec) and must be physically present in the United States (excluding the outlying territories and the state of Washington) or Canada (excluding Quebec) at the time the request to redeem is made, and the player’s details must match the information provided in setting up that player’s Player Account.

Sweep Tokens are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
